WINTER LOVE

Love can warm up even the coldest of days!

I used beeswax sheets which I cut into shapes and fused/melted them to my canvas board.  Added acrylic paint, pen, and cardboard for a mixed media encaustic painting!

We got the tree up finally, had to go buy new lights, and we'll finish putting up some lights outside.  We'll have 3 NEW babies this Christmas!  So much Love!

December Already!

The countdown begins!  Here's a new soft pastel angel to go with the new softly fallen snow. 

My mom likes soft colors, and she special ordered this one.  She'll be part of my line for 2014!  Today's the last day of "warm" temps, so I'm putting up the Christmas lights....I know....a little late, but that's just me.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

We are going up to our daughter and family's  for thanksgiving.  Can't wait to be with our sweet grandchildren!  We'll make some Christmas cookies and crafts, play board games, and just enjoy the time with everyone!  I'll miss my mom  and extended family this time but our hearts will be together!  It'll be good driving (thankful for that!)

ANGEL WINGS

 

Pretty wings going to the Round Barn Potting Co in Andover,  and Majestic Oaks Boutique.  This one starts on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Majestic Oaks Golf Club in Ham Lake.  It will run through Sunday, November 17th.  This is one NOT TO MISS!!!        More later,  xoxo lauriejeanne
